Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Most of my items are drop shipped so my suppliers will be handling the packaging and shipping your order.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

US Territories

My suppliers will not ship to the US Territories such as Guam, Puerto Rico, Samoa and the US Virgin Islands. 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Small and lighter items will be shipped via USPS and most delivery time is 2 to 3 business days.

Bigger and heavier items will be shipped via FEDEX Ground and delivery time is 2 to 7 business days.

My suppliers will be packing and shipping your orders for us.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a email once your order has shipped with your tracking number(s).  Once the package is picked up by the carrier, your tracking number should be trackable. In most cases tracking numbers are active within 24 hours after receipt.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). I don’t ship outside of the U.S. so that will not be an issue.

Damages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

It may change in the future but only to specific countries I feel comfortable with.
